    what have I been upto lately? ppl asked - how are you? how's life? and the answer is almost always - good, ok, like that lah, as usual....

    wenny, you are right - we must zest up ourself, our life. emm...let me think.... i did some changes to myself.... hahahah

    not a total make-over, but little boost to my confidence and the feel good factor....

    hope to change the 'bigger picture' in other areas of my life too....
